MILK PASTEURIZING PLANT, output 2000 l/h

2. IMPORTANT

ICPIAF manufactures drinking yoghurt plants.
Capacities: 500; 1000; 2000 l/batch.
The plant consists in: tank, plate heat exchanger, milk re-circulating pump, electric and control panel.
The following process parameters can be controlled: temperature, time, pH.
When the set values specific for one stage of the process are reached, the next stage of the process begins.
Example: during the temperature maintaining stage: when the pH reaches the value of 4.8, the cooling and the curd mixing stages are automated starting.
